Developer / Designer

I'm not a Jedi Master or the captain of the Enterprise, but I *am* someone who keeps going until the code finally stops breaking... again. I don't wear a detective hat, but if there's a bug on the loose, I'll find it. I work with humor—because really, how else do you survive endless hours staring at a screen in a galaxy far, far away? And yes, I laugh at my own bugs... especially when they remind me I'm human—even if I sometimes come off as a droid. Or a highly functional sociopath, according to the debugger.

🧭 Identity and Work Style

I build user-centered digital experiences with a natural leaning toward the functional, the clear, and the well-crafted. I don’t code just for the sake of it—I care about creating things that make sense, work well, and look good. I always aim for balance between functionality and aesthetics.

I create applications that prioritize the full experience. When I design an interface, I think about how it *feels* to use it. And when I write a function, I also think about who’s going to read that code later. Sometimes it’s me—and I’m grateful.

🧠 Mindset and Approach

I’m detail-oriented, but I don’t get lost in unnecessary perfectionism. If something’s broken, I fix it. If it’s not, I move on. I prefer simplicity, but I don’t shy away from complexity when it’s worth it. Functional, beautiful, and clear don’t have to be at odds.

Passionate about frontend development, I enjoy turning ideas into efficient interfaces. I work with modern technologies and a mindset of continuous improvement.

I’ve learned that you don’t always start from scratch. Sometimes I jumped straight into frameworks like React or Astro without covering all the vanilla JavaScript first—but I did it consciously. And when needed, I go back, review, and come back stronger.

I also like to think about the product as a whole—not just the code. That’s why I’ve built everything from interfaces with dynamic filters to small dashboards for managing portfolio reviews. All useful, all intentional.

And by the way… yes, I debug existentially from time to time. It’s not all code.

🚀 Personal Projects and Vision

My main brand is tedevs, where I showcase my professional profile. But I also enjoy sharing what I learn—and maybe building a community around it.

Justcoddev is a project I’ve been shaping over the years. It started as an idea, but now I’m giving it form to share knowledge and resources with the community. I’m also working on OpenTrek, an open collaboration initiative for projects that grow better with more hands and less ego.

I don’t just want to write good code—I want to leave something that’s actually useful.

👥 Personality at Work

I take work seriously, but I don’t take myself too seriously. I like things to be well done—and if they’re not, I don’t mind redoing them. In fact, I enjoy it.

I’ve got that rare mix of being laid-back but responsible. I can crack a joke while deploying something important, but I also know when it’s not the time for memes.

I code the way I live: simple, clear, and intentional.
If the bug persists, at least let its error be semantically consistent.

Hobbies

  • Classic games and strategy:
I was never into RPGs or worlds with 800 side quests. If a game has a long storyline and infinite loops… they probably lost me in the tutorial. I’m all about the classic 2D games—the unforgiving ones, with barely any instructions, yet totally glorious.

On my phone, you’ll find me switching between rounds of Sudoku, the occasional shooting match, or lining up perfect Tetris blocks. All somewhere between nostalgia and strategy.

  • Music and coding atmosphere:
I’ve never coded in a hipster café with a latte by my side, but I do work best with background noise. My vibe is retro-electro synthwave—those livestreams that sound like they came straight out of a 2090 anime. They give my space that “syntech” energy I love.
(My favorite coding soundtrack? Something like this).

And if music doesn’t do the trick, I can always count on my bugs to keep me awake.

  • Enjoying life, my way:
Binge-watching series and movies is one of my favorite pastimes—especially Star Wars and Star Trek. To me, they’re more than just shows; they’re entire universes to get lost in. Who needs to go out when you can go on an intergalactic trip from your couch?
  • Writing ideas (even if I don’t always finish them):
I have notes everywhere—ideas for apps, random thoughts, project names, loose phrases, and even epic function names that seemed brilliant at 2 a.m. Sometimes it’s brainstorming, sometimes it’s therapy, but there’s always something being written in the background.

Do I publish everything? Nope. Do I delete stuff? Never. Anything can evolve… someday.

  • Hopelessly curious:
Every now and then, I get caught in a never-ending research spiral. One day I’m figuring out how to write a bash or zsh script to launch my app with a single, drama-free command, and the next I’m wondering if Sherlock ever actually said “It is what it is” in any episode. I love learning new things—even if they serve no immediate purpose.

And when something truly grabs my attention, I go full Sherlock mode: observe, connect, deduce… until I figure out what makes it tick. There’s not always a mystery to solve, but my brain’s looking for one anyway.

I think that’s part of what drives me: understanding how things work—even the ones I won’t build myself.
